We call past clients in our database, fresh internet leads, credit bureau data and qualify homeowners based on standards in the industry. We currently use the qualifications below.

- In a financial hardship.
- Interested in avoiding foreclosure.

After the consumer is qualified we transfer directly to your staff with an assisted transfer. We give your staff the client's name, total months behind and current balance before bringing the client on the line. We introduce the client to your staff to assure a smooth hand off. This gives the client the perception that we are all in the same company or at least all on the same page.

 

We are currently able to provide up to 100-150 loan modification live transfers per day. We are looking for clients that do business 45 plus states and can accept leads for 8 plus hours each day Monday thru Friday.
